SET-UP:

FOOD AND DRINKS:

There will be a wide range of food and drinks available on site.

The catering outlets will be arranged in two courts at convenient locations across the showground. The stands, centrally in the “fair” and “wheels” zone will be open between 8.30 am – 7 pm every day.

Tent

Situated between the “fair” zone and the “wheels” zone, the opening hours are: from 6 am till 2 am. The bar will include a wide selection of beers and soft drinks, as well as coffee. In the evening there is a DJ. This is the place to be!
 

The Wings and Wheels Breakfast

Breakfast will consist of eggs with bacon and sandwiches, a croissant or a chocolate cake and coffee. Price: 4 Euro.

Breakfast is served from 6 am till 10 am at the food stand next to the tent.

BBQ on Saturday

Saturday evening between 6 pm and 8 pm the Wings and Wheels team invites all participants to take part in a cosy BBQ (barbecue sausage, pork and marinated chicken breast with summer vegetables, French bread, potato in aluminium foil, 2 kinds of cold sauces, Provencal sauce) at the tent. You have to your ticket(s) in advance at the fair or wheels office. Price: 10 Euro. Attention, please: there are only 250 meals. The subscription list will be closed on Saturday at 4 pm 

PARKING:

On arrival at the showground, please follow the guidelines of the stewards. There are different entrances, so please look out for the signs that fit the nature of your visit, be it participant militaria fair or participant vehicle static show and re-enactment.

CAUTION: the airfield may look like an abandoned motorway, but it is not! Keep to the speed limit. That weekend, there are a few thousand visitors present. Please abide by the instructions of the parking personnel. Wrongly parked vehicles will be towed at expense of the offender.

A marked area, at the end of the parking, will be reserved for handicapped persons, and (motor)bikes.

The parking for the visitors is free and will be closed from 9 pm till 8.30 am. During closing hours, there should no vehicles be left on the parking. Vehicles left behind (also mobilhomes) will be towed at the expense of the offender.

JEEP CONTROL EXPERIENCE:

On a specially laid out obstacle course you drive as a copilot in a Land Rover over sensational bridges and swings

Jeep Control Experience is on site only on Sunday afternoon and you can find it in the “wheels” zone.

Price: 10 Euro. You can buy your tickets at the info desk. Attention, please: there are only 200 tickets.

KIDZ-CLUB:

Kids are special guests at Wings and Wheels. Here, they will have a great day. An inflatable castle, a make-up stand and a climbing wall with death ride give our little ones an unforgettable trip.

The KIDZ-club is not a crèche. An adult should accompany kids at all times.

- ADVENTURE TOWER – CLIMBING WALL WITH DEATH RIDE:

Along a steel cable you slide 60 m from 15 m high. You are protected by a belt with a life line and are linked with an extra security rope. The instructors ensure a safe stop.
